Handmade Urushi Lacquer Kiwami Leather Strap - Integrated Fit

Introducing our Kiwami leather ready made straps. Sourced from Japan's Himeji Kurozan tannery, the "black diamond of natural leather" is crafted using traditional methods once used for Samurai armor. The calfskin is treated for enhanced durability and then hand-painted with layers of Urushi lacquer, giving it a distinctive sheen. This is the same leather used by Grand Seiko for their SLGT003 Kodo Constant Force Tourbillon. Available in Black, Indigo, and Jewel Green, Kiwami leather is the perfect pairing for a Japanese watch, especially when combined with our superior craftsmanship and Rembordé folded edges construction. Our integrated straps are built around nylon inserts that we engineer in-house and painstakingly tweak to perfectly fit each Grand Seiko case. The inserts are designed to work with either the included quick release spring bars or standard spring bars.
