This sauce has been described as smoky, oaky, and slightly sweet. It was created in collaboration with bourbon lovers to make sure that it would be worthy of the name, but also not be overpowering for those who don't regularly partake. It has a medium viscosity and works great with grilling, roasting, sautéing, and as a base sauce. You can also thin it for use as a salad dressing.
