Glasgow 9 Years Old Amontillado Sherry Cask Shop Exclusive

We are really excited to introduce our next exclusive! From the Glasgow distillery comes this unique, complex and well-balanced malt. Distilled on the 2nd of May 2017, this whisky was aged for 2 years and 10 months in a single ex-bourbon barrel before re-racking into an Amontillado Sherry hogshead for a further 6 years and 2 months. The result is a whisky with remarkable depth and character, offering layers of hazelnut, caramel, rich vanilla, dried fruits and dark chocolate. From the very first sip, its harmony of flavours left a lasting impression and quickly won us over.
