A quick guide to our process: Payment: If the price on the page looks different from our conversation, just give me a shout and I’ll fix it right away.If the amount payable at checkout is different from what we discussed in our previous email, please do not make payment. Contact me so I can investigate the reason and adjust the link. Currency: Please note our store uses USD. If you’re paying with an AUD card, there might be a small difference due to exchange rates. Updates: We’ll keep you in the loop with email updates from dispatch to delivery. Once your order arrives, please check everything over. If anything isn't quite right (damaged or missing), just shoot us an email, and we’ll send out replacements at no extra cost.
