Firm, mature tannins-evidence of Ten's ageability-are followed by a long, velvety finish. The ever-changing nose of the 2016 Southing exhibits boysenberry, dried cherry, savory spices and fresh plum. The fine tannins and minerality are enhanced by the estate vineyard’s characteristic cool climate acidity.
