Sky's the Limit is both Thermal AND UV plus it's loaded with beautiful Rainbow Powders making this a true treat for your nails! Clear when Warm, Teal when Cold and a Deep Blue when in the Sun! As with all UV changers, the higher the UV rays, the more color you will see. *NOTE: Using some Gel liquids (ours included) will inhibit the UV change. Some Gel products block the UV properties.
