A milk chocolate made from the nut itself—hazelnut, cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, cocoa butter and salt—layered around a whole hazelnut slow-roasted and caramelised in small batches the traditional way. From Giresun, Turkey, where hazelnuts are grown to their fullest flavour. The chocolate is built from Esmeraldas rainforest-regenerating cocoa. In a tin cast from infinitely recyclable steel.
