Armand Heitz Melon de Bourgogne

From Armand Heitz, who typically are well known for using more traditional Burgundy varieties have experimented with Melon de Bourgogne and the result is a fresh and textrued white. Dry and liht in body, brimming with fresh acidity. Green apple, lemon peel, white flowers and wet stone dominate the nose. The palate is crisp and saline with subtle orchard fruit and a mineral finish. ABV 12.5%
