Kennametal 135° Hozzle Nozzle

The 135° Hozzle Series is a tungsten carbide angle access nozzle that directs the blast stream to 135° at the tip from the nozzle, causing a 45° backward abrasive blast flow. This allows for hard to reach places to be blasted effectively. The 135° reverse exit is suited to cleaning blind bore termination faces, the back walls of deep recesses accessed via a narrow passage, undercuts and reverse-angle surfaces, such as castings, and any geometry where the target surface faces away from the direction of nozzle insertion. By inserting the slim 11.1mm (7/16") body past the target location and then activating the abrasive stream, the 135° exit delivers the stream back toward the surface that the nozzle body has just passed. For a forward 45° exit from the same slim body, the 45° Hozzle Series is available. For a perpendicular 90° exit, the 90° Hozzle Series is available.
