Outback Jasper Pendant Necklace

This oval Outback Jasper stone has gorgeous brown coloring and patterns. This pendant has a gold plated bale and comes with an 18” wax cord necklace, extendable to 20”. Outback jasper is a fairly rare variety of Australian picture jasper Discovered by fossil seekers in the Midwest region of Western Australia near the small gold mining center of Payne's Find in the late 1970’s. It is most often used as a decorative stone used in beaded jewelry, and sometimes carvings. It is part of the jasper/quartz family.
