(Cahors, France) A lively and expressive rosé crafted from 100% Malbec. The grapes are sourced from organically farmed vines planted across several plots in Sauzet, ranging from 8 to 46 years old, on fertile clay-limestone soils. The wine undergoes a gentle 4-hour direct press, is aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks and used barrels, and is bottled without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur (1 g/hl). Made by Maya Sallée and Nicolas Fernandez, who established this small estate with a focus on organic and biodynamic viticulture. Their commitment to minimal intervention winemaking ensures that each bottle reflects the unique terroir of their vineyards.
