The winemaking process follows a hands-off approach, without biotechnology, selected yeasts, filtration, or forced temperature control, with racking and bottling following the phases of the moon. Aging in wood contributes depth without diminishing the wine's momentum. The color is a pale golden yellow with silver reflections; the nose and palate reveal pear, quince, melon, dried mango, and a clear volcanic note.
