Château de Tracy has been a family business since the 14th century. The family purchased the vineyards in the year 1396. Best known for producing elegant white wines made primarily from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The vineyard sits on limestone-rich soils that give its wines a distinctive mineral character, freshness, and crisp acidity, often associated with some of the finest expressions of Pouilly-Fumé. Owned by the Tracy family for centuries, the estate has a long tradition of careful viticulture and modern winemaking techniques that aim to preserve purity of fruit and a strong sense of terroir. 101 Rangs is a very careful selection of grapes picked from the oldest vines around the Château, grown on one of best terroir of Flint. The production is very small with only 4,000 to 8,000 bottles depending on the year. highly expressive aromatic profile, opening with an intense nose of boxwood, blackcurrant bud, and sweet almond, which quickly evolves into fresh citrus, especially lemon. With aeration, it becomes richer and more layered, revealing notes of candied orange, apricot jelly, green pepper, and basil, giving both ripe and herbal complexity. On the palate, the attack is direct and vibrant, driven by citrus and lifted by exotic mango notes, while the acidity builds to a precisely chiselled, mineral-driven structure.
