From there, your wine ambassador leads you through a private tasting of five wines of your choice - whether you gravitate towards the crisp, coastal-driven Sauvignon Blanc, the silky Pinot Noir, or something from the Lighthouse Collection. It's an unhurried conversation about wine, place, and the cool-climate conditions that shape every vintage here.Your picnic follows in the estate grounds: freshly baked ciabatta, South African charcuterie, two cheeses, Greek salad, dessert, and a glass from the estate range.
