This wine channels a sense of place and terroir incredibly well. Grapes were grown in white clay and sandy soils in Darmós, Spain in the southern region of the Montsant D.O. Seventh-generation winemakers Joan and Josep d'Anguera have finessed Grenache and Carignan into this lifted, ethereal red. Medium-bodied, complex and refreshing, expect strawberry fruit leather, cherry, an herbal note and subtle tannins. Try it with roasted lamb or pasta puttanesca.
