Audi / VW hall sensor upgrade kit

Many 80's and 90's Audis and VWs use a trigger system that relies on the reading from the flywheel teeth, reference pin, and cam sensor / distributor to trigger the engine using a 'VR' or 'Variable Reluctance' style of sensor. the classic problem with VR type sensors is that they are extremely susceptible to influence from electrical noise. This becomes an even greater problem as the factory wiring harnesses age out and become compromised. Newer hall type sensors use a powered sensor to produce a square wave pulse that is not as easily influenced by outside electrical interference. our kit provides two sensors to replace the OEM VR sensors, adapter brackets to make them fit into the stock crank sensor bracket, and a wiring harness that plugs and plays with the 1992-1995 Audi S4/S6. we can also produce a harness for other vehicles, contact us with your needs (for instance 3B audi 200)
