Giggle Juice

A milky crelly with a strong purple/green/blue shimmer and similar shifting UCC flakies. It will be opaque in 3 thin coats and can be used as a topper as well!!! Noted, I used a new batch of pigment. There is a slight difference from the original but not enough of a difference to call it 2.0.
