Sanctus Florianus (2026) Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael's Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our first entry of 2026, Sanctus Florianus, is a spiritually-crafted 5.4% Witbier, adjuncted with California White Sage & fresh citrus. Reminiscient of a traditional Witbier at its core, but lifted with elements of our shared SoCal home. The result is a beer that pours that familiar hazy yellow but explodes with unexpected swirls of chapparal, sage, pepper, and citrus atop the underlying esters; soft, with bready wheat notes, slight salinity, and still, a final kiss of citrus.
