What sets this system apart in the Phase 3 range is its modularity. Everything connects to the central crossbeam at the top of the rack, which makes it much easier to customise years down the line. The smith rack and cable stack can be removed, and while we're selling these units as complete all-in-one trainers, we can build out custom models if you had something else in mind. The reason we opted for an all-in-one trainer build as standard is that, in a single product, users benefit from a fully functioning squat rack made up of 2.5mm thick powder-coated steel, an unweighted smith bar and a dual cable system with two x 100kg weight stacks that operate on both a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio. It comfortably meets all of your at-home requirements and, at 218cm tall, does so without encroaching on your ceiling height too much.
