The six types of soy sauce are carefully selected for balance. We have included a balanced selection of six types of soy sauce so that you can compare them at home. For this reason, we have included soy sauces with clean labels, as well as processed soy sauce products such as dashi soy sauce, to provide a rich variety. The degree of peeling of the label varies. Regarding peeling labels, some are only slightly torn, while others are quite heavily peeled. We will clean them as much as possible and ship them in a cardboard box. Also, for items with an approaching expiration date, we will pack items with at least 1.5 months remaining. A catalogue of Shokunin Soy Sauce is included. This booklet (A5 size, 20 pages) contains not only product information, but also explanations of each type of soy sauce and recommended ways to use it. It will be included with the product, so please take a look and try using different soy sauces accordingly.
