Nitrogen-flushed and sealed for peak freshness. How fresh bagels ship Our bagels are baked without preservatives, so we only ship them 2-day or overnight. You choose your shipping speed at checkout, with rates based on weight and destination. We do not offer slower shipping because we want your bagels arriving as fresh as possible. We bake and ship Monday through Wednesday, with a noon Eastern cutoff. Orders placed before noon on a shipping day go out that same day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday. When your bagels arrive, toast or warm them before eating for the best texture and flavor. Freeze any you are not planning to enjoy right away.
