The grapes originate from a unique and very small parcel of just 0.34 hectares on the steep limestone slopes of Chichée. The vines have an average age of 35 years. Fermentation takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring optimal preservation of the grape's pure, fruity, and fresh characteristics.
