Super Seeded

Super seed is a rye based whole grain loaf. 60% sifted whole wheat, 30% rye, 10% spelt. Loaded with toasted sunflower and sesame seed, hemp hearts, pepitas and soaked flax and chia seeds on the interior with a little rich sweetness from dark molasses. The entire crust and exterior is rolled in black/white sesame, sunflower and pepitas. The result is a super tender and roasty crumb with some subtle sweetness and a crunchy nutty crust. Super nutritious, super flavorful, super seedy.
