Papa Vince Baker’s Bread & Dip Kit – Organic Einkorn Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Two Sicilian Dipping Spices

Bake the bread. Then dip it. For the baker in your life — or for you. A kilo of organic einkorn flour from Sicily, a bottle of our extra virgin olive oil, and the two mild dipping blends from our gift box. What’s in the box Organic Stone-Milled Einkorn Flour (1 kg / 2.2 lb) — 100% einkorn, the ancient 14-chromosome wheat, grown and stone-milled in Sicily. Non-enriched, unbleached, bran and germ kept in. Nutty, rich, made for rustic loaves and flatbreads. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (90 ml / 3 fl oz) — the same Nocellara del Belice oil as our 500 ml bottle, in a small Dorica bottle. First cold pressed, unfiltered, raw. Lab-tested every harvest. Sicilian Garden (22 g) — parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, a whisper of chili, sea salt. The classic bread-dipping blend. Herbs of Etna (33 g) — the herb blend with no chili. For focaccia tops, roast vegetables, and dipping when you want no heat. How we do it Bake a simple loaf with the einkorn (it likes a gentle hand — less kneading, shorter rise). Pour the oil on a plate, pinch in a blend, swirl, tear, dip. Why einkorn Its gluten structure is different from modern wheat, so the crumb is tender and the flavor is unmistakable. It’s the grain Sicilian families baked with before anything was “modern.” Good to know: jars and bottle are factory-sealed; the flour is a 1 kg bag — enough for two or three loaves. No. It has a different gluten structure from modern wheat, but it is wheat. Is the oil the same as your big bottle? Yes — the same harvest, in a 90 ml bottle. Why these two blends and not Flame? Garden and Etna are the mild ones that let the bread and oil lead. Flame is in the Seasoning Set and the larger boxes.
