Suavida Armchair by Ton

The Suavida Armchair by Ton, designed by the Spanish studio Ramos & Bassols, brings a fresh expression of the Czech manufacturer's long tradition of bentwood craftsmanship. Its compact, beautifully balanced silhouette combines the warmth of a solid wood base with the inviting softness of a generously upholstered seat and backrest. Rather than repeating the familiar curves of traditional bentwood chairs, Suavida translates that heritage into fluid upholstery lines, carefully shaped contours, and distinctive piping that traces and emphasizes its form. The result is an elegant contemporary armchair that feels equally at home around a residential dining table, in a stylish restaurant, or in a welcoming office or hospitality interior. The carefully considered proportions provide a comfortable seat without a bulky appearance, while a choice of beech or oak, wood finishes, and fabric or leather upholstery allows the chair to take on different characters to complement a wide range of interiors.
