Silver Bough – a branch of small plates Silver Bough is a serving piece in stainless steel shaped like a branch: from one stem, leaf-shaped plating spaces of approx. 7 × 6 cm spread at different heights, up to 8 cm above the table. Each leaf takes one bite, so a sequence of amuse-bouches or petits fours arrives as a single sculptural piece. The steel is satin-finished and sits flat on its own base.
