Rundle Mall, Adelaide - 4m office studio pod

A Designer Business Studio in the Heart of Adelaide Positioned in Rundle Mall, one of Adelaide's busiest retail precincts, this 4m Elsewhere Pods studio is home to Adelaide Flower House, a working florist that proves modular design belongs in the most prominent commercial settings. With floor-to-ceiling glazing on three sides, the pod draws attention from every angle while giving the business inside maximum visibility and natural light. Inside, the compact 4m footprint has been configured to house a full floral preparation area, a coffee station, POS and counter space, and beautiful product displays, all within a climate controlled environment. Finished with warm CEP panel walls and ceiling, a structural aluminium frame in matte black and a split system air conditioner, it is a premium workspace that stands apart from traditional retail fit-outs. No long lease negotiations, no building works and no compromise on aesthetics.
