Nutrijell Balanced Color® is an Indonesian jelly powder from the Nutrijell brand with real blueberry flavour. The special “Balanced Color” formula combines natural fruit and vegetable extracts (blueberry, grape, red cabbage, purple carrot) for a balanced colour without artificial excess. Each sachet contains the jelly powder and a separate Fruity Acid sachet for a fruity, fresh note. Easy preparation in a few minutes – ideal for colourful desserts, jelly moulds and creative Indonesian sweet treats. Add 700 ml (3½ glasses) of water and bring to the boil while stirring. Remove from the heat, wait 3 minutes, then stir in the Fruity Acid. Pour into jelly moulds and leave to cool.
