Archway Painting Original — Lantern Cloister

This archway painting original draws the eye down a long vaulted arcade, with rows of rounded arches, hanging lanterns and sunlight cutting across the floor in sharp bands of shadow. Black, white and grey brushwork gives the stone walls a worn, textured surface. The strong perspective pulls you into the painting, while the warm cream and deep black keep it calm and timeless. It is an architectural scene that feels graphic from across the room and full of detail up close, a bold monochrome piece that needs no colour to hold a wall. A strong focal point above a sofa, bed, console or sideboard Vertical format with a tall, gallery-scale presence Hand-painted on linen and signed on the back by our Rossetti Gallery artists Black, white and grey palette that pairs with oak, walnut, linen and neutral walls Made to order, production about 2 weeks Each Original Painting is made to order and signed on the back by our Rossetti Gallery artists, with initials and the year it was completed. The exact medium and material depend on the specific piece's style.
