You will be sampling some of the best our valley has to offer and tasting a selection of carefully curated wines from Whispering Horse Winery. Your guides will share their styling tips and tricks to help you transform your holiday charcuterie board from a simple cheese and meat platter into the focal point of your next gathering. This session will also include a selection of cured meats and fish, traditionally sliced and served alongside artisanal cheeses, thoughtfully chosen accompaniments inspired by the flavours and traditions of a European Christmas.
