Imperial Range ITG-36NG 36 in Countertop Natural Gas Thermostatic Griddle

The Imperial Range ITG-36NG is a 36 inch countertop gas griddle built for busy commercial kitchens that need steady output and precise temperature control. Its 1 inch thick polished steel plate offers strong heat retention and recovery, while thermostatic controls help maintain consistent cooking temperatures throughout service. Three burners deliver a combined 90,000 BTU, with aeration baffles promoting even heat distribution across the cooking surface. Stainless steel exterior surfaces, a wide grease trough, and removable grease can support easier cleanup and long-term durability.
