Focus. is a food supplement in capsules with magnesium and five B vitamins.What is insideThe daily dose of 3 capsules contains 144 mg of magnesium (38% NRV), 1.1 mg of thiamine, 1.4 mg of riboflavin, 16 mg of niacin, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6 and 2.5 µg of vitamin B12, 100% NRV of each vitamin. The capsule shell is made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), the capsules come in an amber glass jar. Own Czech production.Why this formMagnesium is in the form of magnesium L-threonate, meaning it is bound to L-threonic acid. This ingredient is sold under the trade name Magtein®. The vitamins come in stated forms: thiamine as thiamine hydrochloride, niacin as nicotinamide, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.How to use3 capsules daily. The pack contains 90 capsules, which is 30 daily doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
