2025 Estate Roussanne - Los Olivos District AVA

This wine comes from Tagabelle vineyard, a three acre organic vineyard, and our newest farming lease. I hadn’t originally intended to make a single vineyard Roussanne. Instead, I had first sought out Tagabelle Vineyard in 2023 solely to make Sundrop, the cofermented field blend of Rhone whites. However, after tasting the Roussanne in the field and looking at the chemistry, I knew this block would be something special on its own. 2025 marks the first year we’ve leased and farmed the whole vineyard, and the third vintage of this single variety Roussanne. I am amazed with the precision and clarity of this wine yet again.
