2Naturkinder - Wiesenhummel 2025

Wiesenhummel 2025 is a natural wine crafted by 2Naturkinder, in the Franken region in Germany. This sparkling Pet Nat wine is made with 100% Bacchus grapes grown on limestone soils. About a third of the grapes ferment on the skins for around a week; the rest is pressed directly. 2Naturkinder blend both portions and bottle with 9 g/l of residual sugar left in the juice — enough to finish fermentation in the bottle. We are excited to try this new one soon! We hear it has aromatic and tropical notes of Grapefruit, Peach and Lychee
