Date Barreled January 9, 2017 Entry Proof 120 Final Proof 118 / 59 % ABV⁣⁣⁣ Yield 90 bottles Tasting Notes Nose Rich oak opens the aroma, giving way to overcooked caramel bread pudding, a drop of orange bitters, and light simple syrup. Palate Layered and oily on the tongue. It leads with a tart, natural berry mix blueberry, blackberry, and raspberry before settling into a sweet middle of citrus, brown sugar, and rich grape jelly. Finish Rich and rounded. Silky caramel and French vanilla balanced w. black pepper and raspberry jam, leaving a long finish of cola (unsweetened) and sweet oak.
