Fruit: Golden russet apples and Pinot Noir grape skins Orchards: Maxwell orchards, Volta Vineyard Specifications: Dry 750mL, 8.9% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a single varietal, then fermented on grape skins. Fermented in stainless steel. Filtered. Carbonated in tank. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
