A relaxed day in the Cheshire countryside The course normally runs from 10am to 2pm on selected dates (See order section) . It’s a relaxed, practical day designed for beginners and biltong fans who want to learn the craft properly, with guidance at every stage. Our easy-to-find location is just a few minutes from Junction 16 of the M6, with loads of free parking and beautiful Cheshire countryside all around. No stressful hunt for a parking space, which means more time for biltong. The courses run throughout the year all dates depending upon demand.
