Header Bag Dispenser for Dog Waste Stations

The header bag dispenser on its own, for a post and can that are still good. It holds 800 bags on prongs, it locks, and it comes with two keys. It bolts to a 3 inch post with a pair of 2.25 inch bolts, the same way it mounts on our stations. It takes standard header cards, including ours. Every dispenser we sell takes the same key, so replacing one on a property already running our hardware doesn't add a key.
