A signed, stamped certificate documenting what a blockchain address holds and what has moved through it over the period you choose. Every figure is reproduced from the public chain, and every hash and block reference in it resolves on any block explorer — the recipient does not have to take our word for anything. This level does not verify that the wallet is yours. The certificate states PROOF OF CONTROL: NOT REQUESTED in plain sight. That is honest and it is deliberate: if the document is going to a bank, an exchange, an auditor or a court, you want Verified Holdings instead. There is no account to create and no software to install, and the whole exchange happens by email unless you would rather talk. We never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a wallet file or exchange logins. There is no version of this service that requires them. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for any of those, it is not us. What this certificate does not do It does not determine tax residency, tax liability or eligibility for any tax treatment, and it is not a tax ruling or a legal opinion. It does not establish what you paid for the assets. The chain records amounts, not prices. It is not an audit or an assurance engagement. Kentino is not an accounting firm.
