Mexican Dream Herb (Calea zacatechichi)

Known as "leaf of God" in its native Mexico. The Chontal people of Oaxaca have used this herb for generations in their dream traditions. Fair warning: it is one of the most bitter herbs in our apothecary. What's inside: 100% dried Calea zacatechichi leaf. No fillers, no additives. How to enjoy: Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of hot water for 10 minutes. Add honey or blend with mint to soften the bitterness.
