Eldritch Portal Scenic Bases - 60mm Round & Oval, 12 Designs

Eldritch Portal Scenic Bases set a 28-32mm miniature in front of something that should never have been opened: twelve gates, maws and ruined temples where the world has worn thin.Supplied unpainted. Bone-ringed portals, a gate made of a single staring eye, a flower-like maw full of teeth, tentacles curling up through broken temple stairs and a throne swallowed by eldritch growth. Each backdrop frames the figure in front of it, which makes this range a strong choice for sorcerers, cult leaders, daemon-touched heroes and investigators who went one step too far. Each base is a single-piece resin print on a 60mm footprint, with the scenery sculpted at 28-32mm scale: doorways, steps, skulls and railings are sized for a 28-32mm miniature standing in the scene, not towering over it. That makes them a natural home for characters, heroes and larger infantry on 60mm bases, or for a single figure you want to present as a small vignette on the shelf. Mount your miniature straight onto the open ground in front of the backdrop. Most designs in this range sit on a 60mm round base. The exceptions are Bonefang Portal (60 x 72mm oval) and Tentacled Ruin Portal (60 x 71mm oval): sculpted on an oval base, printed 60mm across the narrow side, and marked as oval in the dropdown. Choose your design from the dropdown; the table below lists every design in this range with its height. Sculpted by bySmiled and printed to order in high quality resin. Flesh and Tentacles Purple or sickly green basecoat, a darker wash, then a pale highlight along each sucker and ridge 3. Eyes Pale yellow or white, a thin dark slit, then a gloss varnish so they catch the light 4. Stone Cool grey stone with a dark wash keeps the attention on the portal This is an adult hobbyist collectible, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years due to small, detailed parts.
