Vibrant, aromatic and wonderfully expressive, capturing the variety’s naturally exuberant character while adding depth through two weeks on skins. This orange wine smells like a meadow, with notes of wild flowers, stone fruit, orange and lemon peel, and a spicy kick. along with balanced spicy notes. On the palate, it is textured with gentle tannins and lively acidity. So moreish! Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with only a minimal amount of sulphur added. Christina grew up in the village of Göttlesbrunn, where her family has lived and farmed since 1650. She returned to the estate in 2007 after studying oenology in London. Today, she produces terroir-driven wines, with a philosophy of minimal intervention, to let nature dictate the character of each vintage. Her labels are distinctively recognized by colorful illustrations of beneficial insects (like ladybugs and shield bugs), paying tribute to the biodiversity that helps protect her vineyards.
