Chiyoji Marble Sock Ash
As a knitting nerds and believers in the Japanese concept of shokunin kishitsu (devoting your entire working life to one craft) we always have our ear to the ground on all knitting related products. For years we've wanted to have a Good Measure sock which lived up to our demands, our search lead us to Banshee, Japan, where a family owned factory have been producing socks since 1951 and one in particular really caught our eye. The Marble Knitting Sock began with a simple yet meaningful idea; making use of various small lots of leftover yarns from the factory floor, this process makes the Marble Sock truly unique and creates distinct knit patterns using leftover threads. As well as having some solid sustainable credentials this sock has also earned the moniker of "best sock in world" from our international Hosiery specialist and GM co-founder Fred Royle. The Marble Knitting Sock features a relaxed, non-constricting design and soft cushioning, providing exceptional comfort. Designed to reduce foot fatigue, they are durable and perfect for daily wear, cherished by people of all ages in Japan and now exclusively available to our Good Measure faithful for the paltry sum of £20.
