Mastri Birrai Umbri’s Cotta Crafted to remove Gluten. The Traditional Style Italian Pale Ale has a copper colour with ruby hightlights, a dense off-white head and is generously dry hopped with American and Italian grown hops. Its round, smooth malt flavour is well balanced by the hops' bitterness. Goes perfectly with : pasta dishes, grilled white meat or fish, focaccia and every pizza.
