A stunning example of a model 9007 credenza designed by Peter Hayward for Vanson Furniture during the 1950s. The credenza has a striking front cupboard doors using a stunning inlaid pattern of rosewood and mahogany to wonderful effect, the cupboard opens to reveal a full width adjustable waterproof formica shelf. To the right are three rosewood drawers, the top one being felt lined and divided for cutlery. The main body of the credenza is richly mahogany and stands on a solid mahogany undercarriage with tapering legs. A truly wonderful piece of British 1950’s design and craftsmanship. DIMENSIONS: 54" wide x 18" deep x 33" high CONDITION: This fantastic cabinet is in excellent vintage condition.
