Blackberry Pistachio Cake
All of our cakes are made from scratch in our bakery will premium ingredients. Real vanilla, real butter, real chocolate, unbleached flour, and farm fresh free range eggs. 3 Layers of blackberry cake with pistachio cream buttercream and crushed pistachios between each layer. Finished with espresso buttercream (made with Northern Ontario Coffee beans roasted fresh for us from Rose N Crantz Roasting Co), Belgium white chocolate and crushed pistachios.
