Age Group: 5–14 years Batch Size: 10 participants per workshop Venue: Manam Chocolate, Eldeco Centre, Block A, Shivalik Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 A fun, hands-on summer workshop that teaches your children the basics of chocolatiering, while they craft their own chocolate barks and sandwich cookies. Guided by our chocolatiers, your child will explore and taste different chocolate styles, and then assemble slabs of chocolate layered and studded with their choice of candied fruit, toasted nuts, sprinkles, crumbles and much more. They’ll then build their own sandwich cookies, garnishing them and packaging all their creations to take home and enjoy. The Syllabus ● Supervised introduction to tart-making techniques, including cutting and shaping pastry dough ● Explore how to craft a smooth chocolate ganache and build a chocolate tart ● Create garnishes for their desserts and pack them up to take home The Timetable 10:30 AM: Arrive at the Eldeco Centre and meet the other workshop participants 10:45 AM: Learn how to properly cut, shape and line pastry dough into tart casings 11:15 AM: Understand how to create our signature chocolate ganache with a live demonstration 11:45 AM: Craft their own garnishes to decorate each tart just the way they like 12:00 PM: Assemble their own chocolate tarts with a rich ganache filling and pack everything up to take home and enjoy Spots are limited, so don't miss out.
