Medium Dry Still Cider This full-bodied, yet very drinkable, cider is a blend rooted in the classic Wild Farmhouse mix of Michelin, Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, and Foxwhelp. A generous addition of Kingston Black and Stoke Red enhances the cider's tangy fruitiness. Fermented in an array of vessels, including barrels, this cider offers deep fruit aroma. The robust taste features overripe red apple, complemented by a nice tartness and juiciness, leading to a drying, fruity finish. Comes in a 20 litre Polykeg with standard Sankey Fitting. Alc. 5.8%.
