The Hyundai G4FL engine is a 1.6-liter gasoline inline-4 from the Gamma engine family. It is commonly found in the following Hyundai and Kia models: Hyundai Elantra (2019–present) – Certain trims of the 7th generation (CN7) use the G4FL engine. Hyundai i30 (2019–present) – Select versions of the third generation (PD) are equipped with the G4FL. Hyundai Venue (2020–present) – Some global variants use the 1.6L G4FL. Kia Seltos (2020–present) – Available in certain regions with the G4FL engine. Kia Forte / Cerato (2019–present) – Offers the G4FL engine in multiple markets. This engine is designed primarily for compact sedans, hatchbacks, and small crossovers in Hyundai and Kia’s lineup.
