Brewery: Range Brewing Style: Pastry Stout Volume: 440ml ABV: 7.3% Locality: Brisbane, QLD Additions: Tahitian Vanilla Beans & Toasted Coconut Description: Morning Ritual is a pastry stout that has fast become a house favourite for us. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and a touch of lactose for creaminess. For this batch we conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans then toasted coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness.
